This 5 month old, comfortable, durable, Rascal scooter was never used and is
in new condition. Everything is great, the seat, the chassis, on board charger,
and the tires. Just removed the plastic from the tires. It has an oxygen tank
holder for those in need. Two baskets, front basket and rear shopping basket.
